Shipping

Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our studio.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, without any alterations and has all tags attached. HOME reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet our Return Policy guidelines. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 15 days. Please understand that refund payment times are out of our hands and are dependent on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further assistance. 

Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your unworn and unwashed item within 30 days for a different size. For a new style or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Please submit a return request through our contact page with the header “Return Request.” We will send you a return authorization number with further instructions.
